At FUNctional Fitness, every session is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier — no matter your starting point. Whether you’re training solo or with a group, each workout is customized to your goals and fitness level.

  • 1-on-1 Training

    45 minutes, $60

  • 2-Person Session

    45 minutes, $30/person

  • 3-Person Session

    45 minutes, $25/person

 FAQs

  • Each session combines mobility work, strength training, and cardiovascular training in a variety of modalities, including functional movement patterns. The emphasis on each category will vary depending upon the client’s goals and needs, as well as the trainer’s assessment of their current fitness level. We will collaborate to come up with great balance and progressive challenges for continued growth and maintenance.

  • This type of training is for everyone. At FUNctional Fitness, we strive to get clients ready to tackle the challenges of their lives with the best fitness they can achieve. Moving our bodies should feel good, and the better it feels, the more fun it will be. The more relevant it is to our lives, the more likely we are to stick to it. Bootcamp Reboot

  • An energizing class designed to challenge walking as a form of cardiovascular activity and to incorporate strength training along the way - with heavy emphasis on teamwork, this class gets us working together to cover ground and get stronger

Flamingo Fitness

  • A challenging class designed to maximize healthspan - a mix of gait training, balance work, and core strength, this class gets us outside and helps us build the strength and stability we need to tackle the challenges of aging and everyday life
