1-on-1 Coaching
At FUNctional Fitness, every coaching session is designed as an intimate conversation focused on your questions and concerns. Topics can range from nutrition, to exercise, to anything in between, but they center around your goals. You should leave with a clear understanding of next steps and ways to measure progress.
Whether you are improving your nutrition, or setting behavior goals, coaching is customized to your needs and timeframe. Coaching experiences are available virtually or in-person.

1-on-1 Coaching for Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors
Are you a personal trainer or group exercise instructor looking to improve your choreography, cueing, or exercise instruction? Would you like to bounce ideas off an experienced trainer and instructor to help you overcome conflicts or fears in the classroom? Would you like an evaluation of your teaching or training practices to help you improve and grow? Are you new to teaching or training and in need of someone to help you get certified or get you off on the right foot?
