Ashley Coney

As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a background in physical therapy, exercise has been a part of Ashley’s daily life for as long as she can remember. She firmly believes movement is medicine - for the body, mind, and soul, and that every limitation is trainable. She loves getting to show others just how profoundly beneficial exercise can be to our wellbeing and quality of life.

Outside the gym, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with her family visiting local parks, sipping on an iced latte, and movement in any capacity- especially keeping up with her high-energy little boy. Her passion is to help people move well and confidently so that they can enjoy life not just presently, but for years to come.

All certifications are active and up-to-date. Additionally, Caroline has experience working with people who are on the hypermobility spectrum, including Ehler’s-Danlos Syndrome, as well as people with anxiety and ADHD diagnoses. She is comfortable with and capable of offering additional proprioceptive cues, mind/body connection training, and breath work to help build lasting efficacy and confidence in exercise, particularly for people who have struggled to develop them in the past.
