Boot Camp Reboot
An energizing class designed to challenge walking as a form of cardiovascular activity and to incorporate strength and balance training along the way - with heavy emphasis on teamwork, this class gets us working together to cover ground and get stronger. Classes are held on the Greenway, weather permitting. Participants should bring water and dress for the weather.

Flamingo Fitness
A challenging class designed to maximize healthspan - a mix of gait training, balance work, and core strength, this class gets us outside and helps us build the strength and stability we need to tackle the challenges of aging and everyday life. Classes are held on the Greenway, weather permitting. Participants should bring water and dress for the weather.

FUNctional Strength
A weightlifting class designed to challenge muscles with added load and body weight work. This class is suitable for experienced lifters and newcomers alike, and emphasizes learning good form and progressive models to continue building muscle and gaining strength. Classes are held indoors, but weather permitting some work may be done outside.
